SPANKOZ SPANKING MUSEUM ( CLICK HERE for MEMBERS version )
Spankoz has established this Museum to house a collection of material which has some relevance to subject of spanking . The emphasis is on originality in the exhibits , most of which are in working condition ! A theme of the collection is to show the changes in public attitudes towards spanking over the centauries as evidenced in the print and more recently , the film and electronic media . Another area of interest is what can be called " spanking implements " as used through the ages ( we would like the majority to be in working order ) . The " Real " Museum is in Sydney , Australia and is available to the adult public by prior arrangement . Images of some of the exhibits will be included in the IMAGE GALLERY ( public for donated items and Members for items Spankoz has purchased ) . There is no charge for admission , but the Curator always has his eyes on something . Be warned that he is better at extracting " Donations " than are the Sisters of Charity ! Over the years , many items have been given to us in the hope that they may find a home rather than be thrown out . Some of these items have cost significant sums to acquire , but changing partners , circumstances or just moving have made them surplus . The Museum will house these and other items we have recently acquired . The Museum will accept suitable long term loan items . Space is limited and we have to be selective , but at least this will be a place where spanking memorabilia will be available to the public .

SOME RECENT ADDITIONS
Genuine Lochgelly 2 Tail Tawse - Original "H"
Purchased from Church Antique Centre Crieff & Old School Lochgelly Tawse & Collectables for just over $300 .
" This is a genuine late 1970’s Lochgelly 2 tail Tawse in light tan. It is stamped “THE ORIGINAL LOCHGELLY MADE BY JOHN J DICK COWDENBEATH (H). The Tawse is 23” long and weighs 174g*. This belt is in excellent condition in good dense leather and should have been stamped “XH”. Mr Dick imported various types of leather after the cracked late 60’s and 70’s versions and after experimenting with gluing belts together to make “XH‘s” or Specials, which were only available for 2 to 3 years to Head teachers, he managed to get this dense leather with an orange veneer which did the job. This Lochgelly shows signs of plenty of use and was sold to us by a Deputy Head Master from Kirkcaldy. " ( *174 grams = 0.383604336 pounds )
Replica 3 Tail Tawse " Made by a Welsh tawse maker, this is a beautiful piece.
Measuring 18" it is split into 3 tails along approx. half of its
length. The leather is both very dense and very flexible (though rigid enough to
hardly bend when held out by the handle...) and is 5mm thick.
Fraternity Paddle TTKA , Illinois 1959 Winter Formal " To Jane from Ken ".
SOUVENIR PADDLES
We have purchased a few of these over the years , they were mostly found at roadhouses and souvenir shops .
1941 Paddle Menu This vintage wooden paddle is from a Lehigh University Spring House party/Dinner & Dance, which took place on Friday & Saturday, April 18th & 19th, 1941. There is also a cardboard menu and program attached to the leather thong that holds the paddle. The item is in very good condition for its age, with no scratches or nicks. It does need a bit of a clean-up, however, as it appears to have a 64-year-old ketchup stain on the top right hand corner. The item measures 8" in length.
Japanese Hago Ita " A cute little Japanese paddle toy ( hago ita ) traditionally played during the new years . It's wood with paper design on it. " Some Background

JUST MARRIED 58 (1968) " This is one of about 10 Charlton romance comics where a girl is spanked by her man to "teach her a lesson", and as usual, the girl comes around to his way of thinking. (see scan) Incredibly sexist story. The guy even throws her in the pool for good measure! Dick Giordano cover . "
