A note to on line purchasers , be careful or you may end up , as we are in the following dispute position :
( Briefly , we paid for an item purchased at an Ebay Auction in cash . We admit that this was not a good idea , but have routinely made small payments this way many dozens of times without a problem . The seller has denied receiving the payment and other correspondence from us . The matter was referred by ourselves to an external organisation recommended by Ebay . The seller appears to no longer wish to participate in any mediation process . In view of this development , the matter was referred , on 18 August , to Ebay ( using their internal fraud investigation process . )

As far as Im concerned this case is closed I never received anything from you letter or money and you have no proof of sending me any payment. Your wasting my time and your time when we both know all you are trying to do is clear your record on ebay after you got busted as a non paying bidder. |

We are playing games here , I state that payment was made in cash and you ask for a cancelled cheque . I state that the letter was sent by prepaid Air Mail and provide receipt details and you ask for an addressee receipt , which you should know is unavailable with normal air mail . You tell Square Trade that matter is resolved when it is not . You say that there was no confirmation at close of auction , I provide a copy of our Email to you dated the next day and state that there were others .You may be able to take my money , but please , Dear Sir , do not insult my intelligence . |

You may want to check with your mail service and put a trace on your payment and ask them for proof of delivry for the payment you sent. If I had received it your whip would have been sent. |

relevant receipt appears to be : AUSTRALIA POST DARLINGHURST 2010 for $1.50 x 2 letters ( ie rate for air mail to US ) , $3.00 ABN : 28 864 970 579 TAX INVOICE 19/07/01 04/23410 bn/b 231765 16:47 ( note : we use day/month/year format ). Scanner has jammed , will send copy of invoice directly to other side when working again . |

sum of $ US 15 ( in cash ) was sent by myself , by pre paid airmail , to : Warren Jensen P.O. Box 944 MOSCOW , PA 18444 USA (via air mail) I wrote our return address on the outside of the back of the envelope . This envelope has not been returned .
